Jeremy Deller
One of our favourite artists Jeremy Deller is quite simply a genius.
A British conceptual, video and installation artist who won the Turner Prize in 2004.
Deller is perhaps most famous for his re-enactment of a battle between police and miners… the performance was referred to as the second most important work of art in the 21st century by The Guardian newspaper.
This is a piece in the style of a child’s ‘spotter’s guide’ that outlines the yachts of the world’s oligarchs and billionaires, a stark reminder of the crass 1%.
