A fabulous planter made by yours and my favourite transvestite potter - Grayson Perry.
The planter is a manifestation of one of Perry's motifs; Alan Measles. Alan Measles was a childhood teddy bear, it was his friend when times were difficult and perhaps the kernel of Grayson's creativity. Alan Measles and young Perry would go on fantastical adventures in his bedroom gathering all the toys together to weave extravagant narratives.
Impressive in its size this planter has a beautiful texture and would be an imposing and fun piece for anyone's home.
