In the rare instance that something has become damaged in transit... relax and get in touch, we're here to help.
If the packaging has been damaged do not open it and contact us within 24 hours
Once your art has arrived you have 24 hours to inspect it for damage caused in transit. Take any photos of damage and send them to us. We will send you a shipping label, the item must be carefully packed and all items returned. For a refund the item must be returned to us in the same state it was received
